Refund policy

We don’t do “changed my mind” returns. But if your item arrives damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong one, email us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll fix it, exchange or refund, your call. Send your order number + clear photos to support@borealgecko.com.

Keep in mind though:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags, in the original packaging.

  • If it’s our fault, we cover return shipping. If not, return shipping is on you.

  • Final sale: sale items, gift cards, and custom/personalized items.

  • If a replacement isn’t available, we’ll issue store credit or a refund.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive/inspect the item.

EU customers:
You get extra protection. By law, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to change your mind and send it back—no reason needed.

  • Item must be unused, in the original packaging.

  • You cover return shipping (unless we made a mistake).

  • Once we receive it back, we’ll refund you, including your original delivery cost where applicable (if you chose a faster shipping method, we refund the standard delivery cost).

How to start a return:

  1. Email support@borealgecko.com with your order number and reason.

  2. We’ll reply with next steps and the return address/label (if applicable).

  3. Pack it safely; keep your tracking number.

  4. Once received and approved, we process your refund/exchange.

Timing:

We aim to process returns within 5–7 business days of receiving the item but your bank/card can take a bit longer post the refund.
